Staff was efficient and amicable, I did not want to leave there!

The location was favourable and brilliant, right by Ii Naomasa Statue. Enjoyed our rooms with the third a sofa bed.

Beds were not so comfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being just a short walk from Hikone Station and offering convenient access to the surrounding attractions, including the beautiful Hikone Castle. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The complimentary WiFi was reliable and accessible throughout the hotel. Additionally, the set Japanese breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious, providing a satisfying start to the day. I highly recommend Hotel Sunroute for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Hikone.

During our recent stay at Hotel Sunroute, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
